The Caleffi 521609A Thermostatic and Pressure Balanced Mixing Valve offers precise thermostatic control and stable pressure balance for domestic hot water, hydronic and radiant heating systems. This 3-Way, adjustable valve is a 1 inch nominal size with soldered x soldered x soldered end connections for reliable blending and safe, comfortable temperatures.

Constructed with a brass body and robust internals, it withstands up to 200 PSI and temperatures up to 200°F. The valve delivers a set temperature range of 85–150°F, a flow rate of 1 GPM, and a 3 CV flow capacity, with a maximum differential pressure of 20 PSI and a maximum inlet pressure ratio of 2:1 (H/C or C/H). A stainless steel spring, EPDM seal, and PPO shutter contribute to long-lasting performance.

It is lead-free and complies with ASSE 1017, CSA B125.3, NSF/ANSI 372, IPC, IRC, UPC, NPC, making it suitable for residential and commercial applications.
