New England Supply House ships orders as quickly as possible so you can get the parts you need without delay.

Same-Day Shipping Cutoff

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, generally ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays generally ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates and Carriers

Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on the items in your cart and the delivery address.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available from the carrier.

Processing Notes

Most in-stock items ship promptly. Special-order items, backordered items, unusually large or heavy items, or orders requiring additional verification may require additional processing time.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure the shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. New England Supply House is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for eligible orders. If pickup is selected at checkout, wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.
