Erie Controls VT2317 Zone Valve Body

The VT2317 Zone Valve Body by Erie Controls delivers reliable flow control for heating and cooling systems. This 2-way valve features soldered end connections and a 2-position, spring-return actuation for a fail-safe operation.

Nominal size is 3/4 inch with a forged brass body designed for horizontal or vertical mounting. It is Normally Closed and provides a 25 s timing at 60 Hz (30 s at 50 Hz) or 9 s with spring return, ensuring quick full-open to full-close performance. The valve handles hot and chilled water and glycol across a wide temperature range of 32–200°F, and it supports up to 40 psi close-off and 300 psi static pressure. A nickel-plated stem, brass seat, and Buna N paddle contribute to long life and reliable seating, with a flow capacity of 7.5 Cv.
