How the rebuild works
Core exchange is required — we rebuild your catalytic converter, so we need your core to complete the job.

- Ship us your catalytic converter core (with tracking and insurance).
- We rebuild it with new internals, built to meet EPA emissions standards.
- We ship it back — usually within 3–5 business days of receiving your core.
Which Case excavators have a rebuildable DOC
Tier 4 Case CX-series compact excavators in the roughly 26–75 hp band run diesels with a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), paired with a DPF on some models.
