We rebuild catalytic converters for all wood chipper makes and models, gas and diesel. Our most-requested are Bandit Intimidator (18XP, 19XP, 19XPC, 21XP), Morbark Eeger Beever (1821, 1922, 2131, M18R, BVR16, BVR19), and Vermeer (BC1000XL, BC1800XL, BC2100XL), covering Cat, Cummins, Deutz, John Deere, Ford, and PSI engines — but we’re not limited to these. How does the core exchange work?
Order your rebuild online or by phone, then ship us your existing converter (the core) with tracking and insurance. Full shipping instructions arrive with your order confirmation. Once your core arrives we rebuild it and ship it back.
How long does a rebuild take?
Approximately 3 to 5 business days from the day your core arrives at our facility, plus shipping time each way. You receive tracking as soon as your rebuilt converter ships.
Do you offer pricing for fleets and repair shops?

Is the rebuild warrantied?
Yes. Our rebuilds are warrantied against manufacturing defects in our workmanship and materials. Because a wood chipper’s operating conditions — excess heat, fuel or oil contamination, or physical damage — can affect any converter, the warranty covers how we build the unit, not damage caused by the machine. Do your rebuilds meet EPA emissions standards?
Our converters are built to meet the EPA emissions standards for your engine. We are not an EPA-certified facility, but the catalyst substrate and build are specified to meet the original emissions requirements for your machine.
