Return Policy

We at New England Supply House want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our 30-day return policy is designed to be straightforward and flexible, ensuring you can shop with confidence. Projector lamps, projector bulbs and projector air filters carry a longer 180-day return window, described below; cinema xenon lamps are made to order and are not returnable.

Overview

You may return most items purchased from New England Supply House within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in new, unused condition.
It must be in its original, undamaged, and unmarked packaging, containing all original parts and documentation, suitable for resale.
The item must not have been used, installed, modified, refurbished, or altered in any way.

Return Process

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Request it through our contact form with your order number; we reply with the RMA number and return address.
Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging.
Ship the Item: Any item can be brought back to our Foxboro counter at no cost to you. If you ship it back instead, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and for insuring the package for safe transportation back to our facility.

Refunds and Shipping Costs

Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed within three business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping Costs: Any item may be brought back to our Foxboro counter once you have an RMA, at no cost to you, and we never charge a restocking fee. On items we shipped to you, the customer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs, except in cases of a manufacturer defect. Projector lamps, projector bulbs and projector air filters ship to you free from our Missouri warehouse and cannot be collected in store, but they can still be returned free of charge to our Foxboro counter: we refund the full purchase price and do not deduct the outbound shipping.

Projector Lamps, Bulbs and Air Filters

Return Window: Projector lamps, bare projector bulbs and projector air filters may be returned within 180 calendar days of delivery.
Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled and in its original, undamaged packaging with all parts and documentation.
Fees and Refund: There is no restocking fee, and we refund the full purchase price; the outbound shipping we covered is not deducted. Bring it to our Foxboro counter and the return costs you nothing; ship it back instead and the return shipping is yours. Expedited shipping charges are not refunded. Exchanges are welcome.
How to Start: Use our contact form with your order number; we reply with the RMA number and return address.
Warranty vs. Return: A lamp that fails in use is a warranty matter, not a return. See our projector lamp warranty: original-bulb lamps are covered for 12 months and compatible lamps for 90 days, with freight paid both ways on a valid claim.
Cinema Xenon Lamps: Configured and calibrated to order; all sales are final.
TV Lamps: Lamps for rear-projection televisions follow the standard 30-day window above.

Special Orders and Defective Items

Special-Order Items: Made-to-order and special-order items, including cinema xenon lamps, are final sale and cannot be returned.
Defective Products: If you receive a product with a manufacturer's defect, please notify us within the 30-day window (projector lamps, bare projector bulbs and projector air filters: within their 180-day window; a lamp that fails in use is handled under our projector lamp warranty — 12 months for original-bulb lamps, 90 days for compatible lamps and compatible bare bulbs; original bare bulbs carry no warranty). We are happy to assist with obtaining replacement parts or processing a return. Note that installed items found to be missing parts cannot be exchanged for new units.
