How the rebuild works

Core exchange is required — we rebuild your catalytic converter, so we need your core to complete the job.

  1. Get a quote. Tell us your machine’s model, engine, and serial, and we’ll reply with a price.
  2. Ship us your catalytic converter core (with tracking and insurance).
  3. We rebuild it with new internals, built to meet EPA emissions standards.
  4. We ship it back — usually within 3–5 business days of receiving your core.

Which Cat skid steers have a rebuildable DOC

Tier 4 Cat D/D3 skid steers and compact track loaders run a Caterpillar C3.3B diesel with a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), paired with a DPF on most models. The DOC is the rebuildable catalyst — this covers roughly the 226D3–262D3 skid steers and 239D3–299D3 track loaders.
