Deutz TD2.9 DOC Rebuild

New England Supply House rebuilds the catalytic converter for the Deutz TD2.9 — send us your existing core and we’ll rebuild it with new internals, built to meet EPA emissions standards, typically for a fraction of OEM cost.

How the rebuild works

Core exchange is required — we rebuild your catalytic converter, so we need your core to complete the job.

  1. Get a quote. Tell us your engine model and the machine it’s in, and we’ll reply with a price.
  2. Ship us your catalytic converter core (with tracking and insurance).
  3. We rebuild it with new internals, built to meet EPA emissions standards.
  4. We ship it back — usually within 3–5 business days of receiving your core.

Machines that run the Deutz TD2.9

The Deutz TD2.9 (2.9L) is a Tier 4 diesel with a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC). It powers Vermeer BC1000XL and Morbark BVR chippers, compact loaders, telehandlers, and light construction equipment. If your machine runs the Deutz TD2.9, we can rebuild its converter. The catalyst is on Tier 4 builds (roughly 2013 and newer); pre-Tier 4 (Tier 3) versions of these engines don’t have one, so confirm your engine year or serial with us before shipping your core. This is not a complete list — call 774-701-6374 with your engine data tag and we’ll confirm.

Pricing: Off-road converter rebuilds are quoted per engine and converter — call 774-701-6374 for your price.
