Purchase Orders & Tax-Exempt Ordering

Schools, school districts, churches, municipalities and businesses are regular customers of New England Supply House. Purchase orders and tax-exempt orders are welcome on everything we sell, from projector lamps and air filters to HVAC parts.

Ordering with a purchase order

Email your PO to jason@newenglandsupplyhouse.com. Include the part numbers and quantities, the bill-to and ship-to addresses, your PO number, and the name and email of the person who should receive the invoice. We confirm stock and pricing, send an invoice you can pay online, and ship the order.

Not sure of the part number? The AI Projector Lamp Finder matches a projector model to the right lamp or air filter, and the AI HVAC Parts Finder does the same for heating and cooling parts. Either one gives you the exact part number and current price to put on the PO.

If your organization pays on net terms, say so on the PO and we will confirm the terms before the order ships.

Tax-exempt ordering

Send your sales-tax exemption certificate once and we will set up your account so tax is not charged on any order. Email the certificate to jason@newenglandsupplyhouse.com together with the email address your organization will order with.

Two things speed this up:

• Send a complete certificate. The seller fields should read New England Supply House, 131 Washington Street, Foxboro, MA 02035, and the form should be signed and dated. If a field is missing we will have to ask for a corrected copy before we can remove the tax.
• Order with the same email address. Tax comes off automatically at checkout when the order is placed under the account we set up for you.

A blanket certificate covers every future order. If you order by purchase order instead of online checkout, the exemption applies to those invoices too.

Re-ordering

Past orders stay in your account at account.newenglandsupplyhouse.com, so re-ordering the same lamp, filter or part takes a minute. Ground shipping on projector lamps and air filters is free, and unused lamps and filters can be returned within 180 days.
