Forestry Mulcher DOC Rebuild

New England Supply House rebuilds the diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) on forestry mulchers and mulching track carriers — core exchange, built to meet EPA emissions standards, usually a 3–5 business day turnaround, for a fraction of OEM cost.

Brands & machines we rebuild

Does your forestry mulchers have a rebuildable DOC?

Mulchers live in extreme dust and high load, so their catalysts foul fast — recurring rebuild demand. The best-fit machines run Cummins QSF3.8 / QSB6.7 / QSB4.5 diesels (roughly 2014–2019 US builds), which use a filter-free DOC+SCR — a standalone flow-through DOC, exactly what we rebuild. Cat-engined carriers (Rayco T415, PrimeTech PT-300/475) and newer Stage V machines use a full DOC+DPF+SCR stack where the DOC isn’t a simple swap — call us to check yours before shipping.

Pricing: Off-road converter rebuilds are quoted per engine and converter — call 774-701-6374 for your price.

How the rebuild works

Core exchange is required — we rebuild your catalytic converter, so we need your core to complete the job.

  1. Get a quote. Tell us your machine’s model, engine, and serial, and we’ll reply with a price.
  2. Ship us your catalytic converter core (with tracking and insurance).
  3. We rebuild it with new internals, built to meet EPA emissions standards.
  4. We ship it back — usually within 3–5 business days of receiving your core.
