You may return most items purchased from New England Supply House within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in new, unused condition.
It must be in its original, undamaged, and unmarked packaging, containing all original parts and documentation, suitable for resale.
The item must not have been used, installed, modified, refurbished, or altered in any way.

Return Process

Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): Please contact our customer support team to obtain a required RMA number. You can reach us by phone at 774-701-6374.
Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging.
Ship the Item: You are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the package is insured for safe transportation back to our facility.

Refunds and Shipping Costs

Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed within three business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the original and return shipping costs, except in cases of a manufacturer defect.

Special Orders and Defective Items

Special-Order Items: Please note that special-order items are generally not eligible for return.
Defective Products: If you receive a product with a manufacturer's defect, please notify us within the 30-day window. We are happy to assist with obtaining replacement parts or processing a return. Note that installed items found to be missing parts cannot be exchanged for new units.
