Projector Lamp Warranty
Every projector lamp we sell is covered against defects in materials and workmanship, measured from the date your order is delivered.
Coverage by lamp type
- Lamps with an original bulb inside — 12 months.
- Compatible lamps — 90 days.
- Bare bulbs sold without a housing — not covered by this warranty. They remain returnable under our 30-day return policy while unused and in original packaging.
- Cinema xenon lamps — configured and calibrated to order, so all sales are final.
What is covered
A lamp that arrives dead, fails to strike, or fails early because of a defect in the bulb, the ballast connection, or the housing assembly. We replace it or refund it, and we pay the freight both ways on a valid warranty claim.
What is not covered
- Normal end of rated life. A lamp that reaches its rated hours has done its job.
- Damage caused by a projector fault, a power surge, or a cooling fan or air filter that was not maintained.
- Physical damage, a cracked envelope, or a lamp installed with bare fingers on the glass.
- Lamps modified, disassembled, or re-housed after delivery.
Making a claim
Call (774) 701-6374 or email jason@newenglandsupplyhouse.com with your order number and the projector's total lamp hours. Photographs of the lamp and of the projector's error message speed things up. Most claims are resolved the same business day.
Shipping damage
Report breakage within five business days of delivery so we can file a claim with the carrier. Please keep the box and the packaging.
Shipping and dispatch
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, generally ship the same business day. See our shipping policy for full details.
