The ASCO 8220G407 solenoid valve is a 2-way, pilot-operated valve featuring a diaphragm/piston design for precise, fast shutoff in steam and hot water lines. With a robust brass body and a rugged NEMA enclosure (1/2/3/3S/4/4X, RedHat II), it delivers dependable operation in challenging environments. The unit is designed for vertical mounting and is compatible with media such as steam and hot water, making it ideal for hot water service, laundry, molding, steam atomization, sterilizers and autoclaves.
