Vacuum Breaker Barnes & Jones 3875 delivers reliable backflow protection for boilers, air heat coils, shell and tube heat exchangers, and other steam systems. This unit prevents siphoning and contamination in commercial heating setups, ensuring safe, continuous operation.

Engineered with a Type O-Ring and Spring Pressure design, it features a brass body and a silicon disc for durable, leak-free performance. The device has a nominal size of 2-3/8 inches with a 3/4-inch threaded end connection, and it uses a stainless steel spring/valve with a silicon seat to withstand demanding service.

Rated for harsh conditions, the 3875⁺ handles temperatures up to 350°F and pressures up to 125 PSIG. It’s suitable for a variety of applications including Make-Up Air Coils, Air Heaters, Steam Boilers, Jacketed Kettles, and other One-Pipe Steam systems such as shell and tube heat exchangers and air handling equipment.
