Caleffi Z45 Motorized Zone Valve

Caleffi Z45 Motorized Zone Valve is a reliable 2-Way, 3/4 inch valve designed for precise control in heating and cooling systems. The spring-return electric actuator operates on 24 V AC, delivering dependable actuation as it opens in about 60 seconds and closes in 6 seconds.

Built with a brass body, this zone valve features a stainless steel stem, EPDM rubber seal and paddle, and a machined brass seat for durable hot or chilled water service. End connections are soldered x soldered, and the unit mounts via a convenient push-button mounting interface.

Operating from a 32 to 240 deg F temperature range and rated up to 300 PSI, it handles a wide scope of HVAC installations. The valve offers a flow capacity of 7.5 Cv and draws 5 W (7 VA) while powered by 24 V control. It is lead-free and compliant with UL (Canada and US), NSF/ANSI 372, and ICC-ES PMG standards.
