Erie Controls VS3213 Zone Valve Body Assembly delivers precise control for HVAC applications. This 3-Way valve uses a 1/2 inch nominal size with soldered x soldered end connections and a spring-return actuator for reliable, fail-safe operation. The valve is normally closed, making it a safe choice for heating and cooling systems.

Designed to handle water, glycol, and low-pressure steam, it operates within 32 to 250 Deg F and supports up to 60 PSI close-off (300 PSI static, 15 PSI steam). Ambient temperature rating reaches 169 Deg F with 5 to 95 percent non-condensing humidity. Built for longevity, it uses a nickel-plated stem, brass seat, and Buna N paddle, delivering a solid 3.5 Cv flow capacity and proven reliability in HVAC heating and cooling applications.
