The Erie Controls VS3427 Zone Valve Body Assembly is a 3-Way, 1-inch valve designed for precise heating and cooling control. With threaded x threaded ends and spring-return actuation, this normally closed valve delivers reliable fail-safe operation in HVAC systems.

Rated for temperatures from 32 to 250°F and capable of handling liquids such as water, glycol, and low-pressure steam, the valve supports a broad range of building services. It withstands up to 25 psi close-off, 300 psi static, and 15 psi for steam, while the 7.5 Cv flow capacity ensures steady flow under demanding loads.
