Erie Controls VT2212G13A020 Zone Valve Body Assembly is a precision 2-Way zone valve designed for reliable heating and cooling control. The nominal 1/2 inch valve features soldered x soldered end connections, making it an easy fit for hot water, chilled water, and glycol systems.

Powered by 24V AC at 50/60 Hz, this valve uses a hysteresis synchronous motor for long life and smooth operation. It offers a fail-safe, spring-return action in the normally closed position, with full open-to-close timing of 25 seconds (60 Hz), 30 seconds (50 Hz), or 9 seconds with spring return.
