Erie Controls VT2317G13A01A Zone Valve Body Assembly is a 2-Way valve built for heating and cooling systems, featuring a 3/4 inch nominal size and soldered x soldered end connections. The 2-Position, Spring Return (On/Off) actuation provides reliable fail-safe operation with a normally closed valve position, ideal for zone control. Constructed from forged brass with a nickel-plated brass stem and Buna N paddle, this valve combines durability with smooth operation. The unit operates on 24 Volt AC at 50/60 Hz, and cycle timing is 25 seconds at 60 Hz (30 seconds at 50 Hz), or 9 seconds for the spring-return full-open-to-full-close action. It handles hot or chilled water and glycol, with a flow capacity of 7.5 Cv and ANSI Class IV close-off. The valve is designed for horizontal or vertical mounting and supports ambient conditions up to 104 deg F with non-condensing humidity 5–95%. For serviceability, a manual override lever is included, and the hysteresis synchronous motor ensures long life.
