Erie Controls VT2325 Zone Valve Body

The Erie Controls VT2325 Zone Valve Body is a rugged, 2-Way valve built for reliable hydronic control in heating and cooling systems. This 3/4 inch nominal size valve uses threaded end connections and a forged brass body for durability. It features a 2-Position, spring-return actuator and is normally closed, providing a fail-safe during power loss. A manual override lever supports service and testing without power.

Valve timing delivers precise actuation: 25 seconds at 60 Hz, 30 seconds at 50 Hz, and 9 seconds from full open to full close. It supports horizontal or vertical mounting and operates from 32 to 200 °F, with ambient up to 104 °F and 5–95% non-condensing humidity. Media include hot water, chilled water, and glycol.

Materials are designed for longevity: nickel-plated stem, brass seat, Buna N paddle, 40 psi close-off, 300 psi static. The valve offers 5 Cv flow and includes a hysteresis synchronous motor, fail-safe spring-return operation, and a manual override lever.
