Erie Controls VT2327 Zone Valve Body offers reliable 2-way zoning for heating and cooling systems. It provides precise control with a fail-safe spring-return actuator for dependable operation.

This 3/4 inch nominal valve features threaded end connections and a 2-Position, spring-return actuation. The valve position is normally closed, ensuring safe shutdown on power loss.

Crafted with a forged brass body, nickel-plated stem, brass seat, and Buna N paddle, it handles hot water, chilled water, and glycol with robust performance. The assembly is designed for horizontal or vertical mounting and withstands demanding environments (ambient up to 104 F, non-condensing humidity 5–95%).

Key specs include valve timing of 25 seconds at 60 Hz (30 seconds at 50 Hz) and a fast 9-second spring-return option from full open to full close, with a temperature range of 32 to 200 F. Pressure ratings include 40 psi close-off and 300 psi static. Flow capacity is 7.5 Cv.
