Erie Controls VT2427 Zone Valve Body

The Erie Controls VT2427 Zone Valve Body delivers precise hot and chilled water control for heating and cooling systems. This 2-way, 1-inch nominal valve features threaded ends and a 2-position spring-return actuation for reliable, fail-safe operation.

Built with a forged brass body and Buna N paddle, the VT2427 handles media including hot water, chilled water, and glycol while withstanding demanding system pressures and delivering reliable long-term operation. It offers a 7.5 Cv flow capacity, a 17 psi close-off rating, and a 300 psi static rating. The nickel-plated stem with brass seat provides durability in non-condensing conditions, and the unit supports horizontal or vertical mounting for flexible installation. The operating fluid temperature range is 32 to 200°F, with ambient temperatures up to 104°F.

Designed for heating and cooling applications, this valve is normally closed and features a hysteresis-synchronous motor for longevity, plus a manual override lever for maintenance or testing.
