The VT3212 Zone Valve Body by Erie Controls delivers precise 3-way control for heating and cooling systems. This 1/2 inch nominal size valve features soldered x soldered end connections and a 2-position, spring-return actuation for reliable fail-safe operation.
Valve timing is 25 seconds at 60 Hz and 30 seconds at 50 Hz, with 9 seconds for spring-return operation from full open to full close.
Designed for hot and chilled water with glycol, it handles 32 to 200 deg F and pressures up to 60 psi close-off and 300 psi static.
Mounting is flexible (horizontal or vertical). The valve uses a forged brass body, nickel-plated stem, brass seat, and Buna-N paddle for dependable service.
