Erie Controls VT3213 Zone Valve Body

Erie Controls VT3213 Zone Valve Body delivers precise 3-way control for heating and cooling applications. This 1/2 inch nominal valve pairs soldered x soldered end connections with a robust 2-position, spring-return actuator for fail-safe, normally closed operation.

With a forged brass body and nickel-plated stem, the VT3213 is built for reliability across a broad range of fluids, including hot water, chilled water, and glycol. It supports 4 Cv flow, accepts temperatures from 32 to 200 Deg F, and withstands close-off pressures up to 60 psi (static up to 300 psi).

Designed for flexible installation, it can be mounted horizontally or vertically and features a hysteresis-synchronous motor designed for long life and a manual override lever for quick service. Typical valve timing is 25 seconds at 60 Hz, 30 seconds at 50 Hz, or 9 seconds with spring return for rapid full-open to full-close action.
