The Erie Controls VT3417G13A020 Zone Valve Body Assembly delivers precise flow control in a rugged 3-Way valve design for heating and cooling applications. This Zone Valve Body Assembly features a normally closed, 2-Position, spring-return actuation and 24V AC input for reliable, fail-safe operation.

Built with a forged brass body and nickel-plated brass stem, with brass seats and Buna N paddle, this assembly uses soldered x soldered end connections for secure installation. It handles hot and chilled water with glycol and operates across 32 to 200°F (0-93°C) at up to 300 psi static, 25 psi close-off. Flow capacity is 7.5 Cv, and timing is 25 seconds at 60 Hz (30 seconds at 50 Hz; 9 seconds for spring-return full travel). It accommodates horizontal or vertical mounting and meets ANSI Class IV standards. Electrical connection is 18 inches of lead, and ambient conditions range to 104°F with 5–95% non-condensing humidity. Application: heating and cooling.
