The Diaphragm Gas Valve from Honeywell Thermal Solutions, model FSG V8944N1038, is a high-performance Diaphragm Gas Valve designed for reliability in commercial heating applications. This 2-Stage, rapid-opening, straight-through, non-offset valve is solenoid operated and features a 1-1/2 inch nominal size with threaded end connections for easy integration.

Constructed with a die-cast aluminum body for durability and an automated position indicator for clear status, it operates on 24V AC (60 Hz) and draws 0.516 A. The valve is rated for -40 to 150°F and handles up to 1/2 psi gas pressures, with a precise 6-second opening and 2-second close timing. Mounting Upright (Horizontal) ensures optimal performance in duct furnaces, atmospheric boilers, and commercial make-up air or rooftop heater installations.

UL and CSA listed, this valve is compatible with natural gas and uses a 1/4 inch spade terminal with (3) 30 inch lead wires for wiring flexibility. The overall dimensions are 6" W x 6" D x 7-3/8" H, with an end-to-end distance of 6 inches.
