General Purpose Liquid Flow Switch: The McDonnell & Miller FS8-W is designed to monitor fluid flow with reliable performance. This paddle-type unit offers a 1 inch nominal size, threaded end connections, and a SPDT snap switch, ideal for flow alarms and control circuits.

Built for demanding environments, the FS8-W features a sealed Monel bellows and an adjustable sensitivity screw to tailor response. It operates over a broad range from 32 to 300 F and up to 160 PSI, all inside a NEMA 4X enclosure that resists moisture and dust. Electrical ratings include 7.4 Amp at 120 VAC and 3.7 Amp at 240 VAC, with an input supply rating of 125 VA at 120/240 VAC 50/60 Hz. The unit responds to flow with a measured 4.9 to 17.6 GPM in flow and 3.4 to 15 GPM no-flow conditions. It is UL and CSA listed, ensuring safety and reliability in critical systems.
