McDonnell & Miller PSE802-U-24 Boiler Low Water Cut-Off is a critical boiler safety device designed to prevent damage from low water conditions. This low water cutoff uses a probe-type mechanism with electronic actuation for fast, reliable response.
Engineered for commercial boilers, the protection unit operates on a 24V AC supply and supports robust control with a 50 VA input. It accommodates a wide temperature and pressure range, handling steam and water media up to 250°F water temperature, 15 PSI steam, and 160 PSI water. The extended Barrel U-Probe design ensures dependable sensing in demanding environments, while UL (Canada & US) and ANSI Z21.13a compliance meet stringent safety standards. Probe sensitivity sits at 7000 Ohm, providing precise detection even in humid, non-condensing conditions (up to 85% humidity).
