Motorized Zone Valve technology from Resideo Honeywell Home V8043F5093 delivers precise hydronic control for hot water systems. This 2-Way, straight-through valve is 3/4 inch nominal and features soldered end connections for reliable, leak-free installation.

With a 2-position actuator and spring return to close, the valve is normally closed, providing fail-safe operation. Open time is approximately 15 seconds, enabling quick zone activation. The compact brass body houses a stainless steel stem and EPDM packing with Buna-N seals, rated for hot water media from 50 to 200 F.

Designed for robust performance in hydronic control applications, it supports 8 Cv flow, up to 8 psi close-off and 300 psi static pressure, and operates from low-voltage control (7.2 VA at 24 VAC, 0.32 A). The electrical connection uses a screw terminal block and it includes a manual opener and an SPST end switch for straightforward wiring and testing. CSA-certified, this valve is built for reliability in residential or light commercial hot-water systems.
