Fan Coil Zone Valve from Resideo - Honeywell Home VU54S2008 delivers precise control for commercial HCAC systems. This Type 3-Way valve with a 1/2 inch nominal size uses diverting actuation to efficiently modulate hot or chilled water and glycol through fan coil units.

This valve features a durable brass body with brass seat/stem, EPDM packing, and Buna-N ball, ready to stand up to demanding installations. It handles fluid temperatures up to 200°F and static pressures up to 300 psi, with close-off rated at 20 psi. Ambient temperature range is 34–125°F, making it suitable for a wide range of environments. End connections are soldered x soldered for a secure, leak-free installation.

Ideal for commercial HCAC equipment, fan coil units, terminal reheat coils and convectors, the VU54S2008 mates with VU444 or VU844 actuators for seamless control.
