Engineered for reliability in challenging environments, it includes spring return, fail-safe normally open operation, and a mechanical visual position indicator for quick status checks. The motor is a 24 Volt AC unit at 60 Hz delivering 71 in-oz of torque with a 90-degree rotation and a timing of 30 seconds to power open and 10 seconds to return.

Key operating specs support efficient zoning across a range of conditions: temperature 40 to 140 degrees F, pressure drop less than 0.0329 in WC at 800 fpm, and maximum static pressure rating of 1 in WC.
