The ZD10X18TZ Zone Control Damper from Resideo - Honeywell Home delivers precise airflow control for HVAC zoning. This rectangular, parallel-blade damper is designed for a 10 in by 18 in duct and features extruded aluminum blades for durable performance in demanding environments.

Equipped with fail-safe, normally open operation and a 24 V AC motor (8 VA) with a torque of 71 in-oz, it opens smoothly on demand and returns to a closed state when power is removed. The bottom-mounted motor with 90-degree rotation offers easy installation, while a mechanical visual position indicator and LED indication keep status transparent for quick commissioning.

Engineered for efficiency, the damper delivers minimal pressure drop, less than 0.033 in. WC at 800 FPM, and supports up to 1 in. WC static pressure. Its temperature range of 40–140 F ensures reliable operation across typical building environments. The 30-second power-open / 10-second spring-return timing provides fast zoning response in a compact package.
