A side-mounted motor simplifies installation, while the 40–140 °F operating range suits most residential systems. The design achieves a low pressure drop (<0.033 in. wc at 800 fpm) and a maximum static pressure rating of 1 in. wc.

Open timing is 30 seconds under power, with 10 seconds to return via spring. Wiring is straightforward: motor terminals M1 (Power) and M6 (Common); M4 provides optional LED indication.
