ZD16X14TZ Zone Control Damper from Resideo Honeywell Home delivers precise zoning for commercial and residential HVAC systems. This rectangular, parallel blade damper is built for 16 x 14 inch ductwork and uses extruded aluminum blades for durable performance.

Engineered for reliable operation with a spring return and fail-safe design, it features normally open operation and a 90-degree travel. The 24V AC motor (60 Hz) provides smooth, fast opening with 30 seconds power-open and 10 seconds spring-return timing, and it mounts on the side for flexible installation. It includes a mechanical visual position indicator to confirm damper status on site, with wiring options including M1 (Power), M6 (Common), and optional LED indication.
