Zone Control Damper improves zoning and airflow management for HVAC systems, delivering precise control where it matters. The Resideo - Honeywell Home ZD20X12TZ Zone Control Damper features a rectangular, parallel blade design for 20 x 12 inch ductwork and is built from extruded aluminum for durability and lightweight handling.

This damper includes spring return, mechanical visual position indicator, and fail-safe, normally open operation. Its 24V AC motor (8 VA) provides smooth, reliable actuation with 90-degree travel and a 30s open/10s return timing. It’s engineered for efficiency with a low pressure drop (<0.033 in. wc at 800 fpm) and a maximum static pressure rating of 1 in. wc. The side-mount motor, LED option, and durable construction suit most parallel blade installations from 40 to 140 F.
