Taco ZVC-406-EXP Zone Valve Control

The Taco ZVC-406-EXP Zone Valve Control is a versatile, expandable controller designed for hydronic systems. This 6-zone system can be expanded to meet growing heating needs while delivering reliable electronic actuation and a DPDT switch for effortless zone management.

Operating on 120V AC at 60 Hz with an 80 VA transformer and 24 V zone power, it supports up to a 3 A current rating and includes a 1/6 HP pump end switch for boiler or circulator duty. The controller features a front diagnostic light, built-in priority protection, simplified wiring, fuse protection, and a field-replaceable transformer for easy service.

Its compact footprint (12-1/4 in W x 3 in D x 8 in H) sits in a UL-listed, NEMA 1 enclosure and supports 24V thermostats and two boiler contacts for flexible boiler/circulator control.
