White-Rodgers 1609-101 Refrigeration Temperature Controller is a versatile remote-bulb, capillary-based thermostat engineered for precise refrigeration control. With a remote bulb and a 5-foot capillary, this unit senses temperature away from the housing, helping maintain stable temperatures in compact spaces.

Designed for refrigeration applications, it covers a temperature range of -30 to 90 deg F and uses a Close-On-Rise contact configuration to trigger cooling as temperatures fall. Approved for safety and reliability, it carries UL and CSA marks and ships with a bulb mounting clamp.

Its rugged gray finish matches many control panels, and the compact body measures 2-5/16 inches wide by 2-9/16 inches deep and 5-3/8 inches high. The 5-1/4 inch x 3/8 inch bulb fits standard installations. The differential is adjustable from 3.5 to 40 deg F. Motor ratings are 16 amps at 120 VAC and 8 amps at 240 VAC (FLA).
