Does your diesel aerial lifts have a rebuildable DOC?

Diesel booms and telehandlers under about 74 hp (Deutz 2.9L, Kubota) use a standalone DOC — a clean rebuildable core. Electric scissor and mast lifts have no catalyst. Larger telehandlers pair the DOC with a DPF. One honest note: arborist bucket trucks and chip trucks run their catalyst on the on-road truck chassis — a welded DOC/DPF/SCR one-box that isn’t a separable rebuild, so we can’t help with the truck chassis itself.

How the rebuild works

Core exchange is required — we rebuild your catalytic converter, so we need your core to complete the job.

  1. Get a quote and place your order. Tell us your machine’s model, engine, and serial. We’ll reply with a price and set up your order.
  2. Get your converter to us. Choose drop-off or shipping — drop-off is by appointment at our Foxboro shop, or ship it to us from anywhere in the country with tracking and insurance. We’ll send instructions with your order. We rebuild your unit with new internals, built to meet EPA emissions standards.
  3. Back to work in 1–2 days (typically). Standard turnaround is 1–2 business days from receiving your core. Need it sooner? Ask about expedited service.
