How the rebuild works
Core exchange is required — we rebuild your catalytic converter, so we need your core to complete the job.
- Place your order. Order the converter rebuild you need — gas or diesel — at newenglandsupplyhouse.com.
- Get your converter to us. Choose drop-off or shipping at checkout and we’ll send instructions — drop-off is by appointment at our Foxboro shop, or ship it to us from anywhere in the country. We rebuild your unit with new internals, built to meet EPA emissions standards.

Fits the Bandit 255XP
The Bandit 255XP is a 15-inch disc-style hand-fed chipper on a John Deere PowerTech 4.5L Tier 4 Final diesel (gas options available), roughly 120–174 hp, with a flow-through diesel oxidation catalyst we rebuild. New England Supply House rebuilds the catalytic converter for this machine and the rest of the Bandit lineup.
