How the rebuild works
Core exchange is required — we rebuild your catalytic converter, so we need your core to complete the job.

- We rebuild it with new internals, built to meet EPA emissions standards.
- We ship it back — usually within 3–5 business days of receiving your core.
Fits the Bandit 3590XL
The Bandit 3590XL is a 36-inch whole-tree drum chipper. Tier 4 Final builds run a Caterpillar C32 (32.1L, up to 1,200 hp) with a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and aftertreatment that we rebuild. Catalyst equipment came in with the Tier 4 transition — roughly 2013 and newer; older Tier 3 units may not have one, so confirm your engine year or serial with us before shipping your core.
