How the rebuild works
Core exchange is required — we rebuild your catalytic converter, so we need your core to complete the job.
- Get a quote and place your order. Send us your machine’s make and model. We’ll reply with a price and set up your order.
- Get your converter to us. Choose drop-off or shipping — drop-off is by appointment at our Foxboro shop, or ship it to us from anywhere in the country with tracking and insurance. We’ll send instructions with your order. We rebuild your unit with new internals, built to meet EPA emissions standards.
- Back to work in 1–2 days (typically). Standard turnaround is 1–2 business days from receiving your core. Need it sooner? Ask about expedited service.
Fits the Rayco RG100
The Rayco RG100 (and RG100X) is a self-propelled stump cutter powered by a Kubota V3800DI 3.8L Tier 4 diesel (99 hp) with a diesel oxidation catalyst that we rebuild. Tier 4 units (roughly 2015 and newer) carry the catalyst; check your engine year with us if you're unsure. New England Supply House rebuilds the catalytic converter for this machine and the rest of the Rayco lineup.
