Carrier HB39GQ230 Condenser Fan Motor

The Carrier HB39GQ230 is a genuine Carrier replacement condenser fan motor rated at 1/4 HP. Mounted in the outdoor unit, the condenser fan motor drives the fan blade that draws air through the condenser coil so the refrigerant can give up the heat it absorbed indoors. A motor that hums without starting, cycles on its thermal overload or runs noticeably slower than normal will cause high head pressure, reduced cooling capacity and added strain on the compressor.

Check the horsepower, voltage, speed and shaft rotation on the existing motor's nameplate against Carrier part number HB39GQ230 before ordering. Shipping weight is approximately 13 lbs.
