The Carrier P291-3554RS is a round dual run capacitor rated 35/5 MFD at 440V. The dual design places two capacitor sections in one can with a shared common terminal: the 35 MFD section typically serves the compressor and the 5 MFD section the condenser fan motor in an air conditioner or heat pump condensing unit.
