The Erie Controls VT3517 Zone Valve Body is a rugged 3-way valve designed for precise control in heating and cooling systems. This 1-1/4 inch valve features soldered end connections and a 2-position, spring-return actuation, with a normally closed valve position.

Constructed with a forged brass body and durable nickel-plated stem, it handles hot and chilled water and glycol. The internal Buna N paddle and brass seat ensure reliable shutoff, while a 7.5 Cv flow capacity supports steady system flow. The valve timing varies by power frequency: 25 seconds at 60 Hz, 30 seconds at 50 Hz, and 9 seconds for spring-return full open to full close. It can be mounted horizontally or vertically and operates in ambient 104°F with 5–95% non-condensing humidity. It is ideal for heating and cooling applications requiring dependable control.
