The Ultraviolet Flame Scanner by Fireye Controls, model 45UV5-1009, delivers reliable flame monitoring for industrial burners. This Ultraviolet Flame Scanner is self-checking and designed to work with Flame-Monitor, BurnerLogix, D-Series, FlameWorx, MicroM and P-Series Control platforms to ensure fast, accurate flame detection and safe operation.

Engineered for durability, the unit features cast aluminum housing with a 1 inch threaded mounting. It handles harsh environments and operates across -40 to 200 °F, while offering flexible power: 120 VAC, 102-26 VAC with a black shutter, or 560 VAC with a red signal at 50/60 Hz.

Its optical range spans 2200–2600 Angstrom with a field of view of 1 inch per foot and an operating range up to 72 inches, enabling reliable flame sensing in tight spaces and longer runs.

Approved FM and APAVE, this scanner integrates seamlessly with modern flame-monitoring ecosystems and supports multiple control families for flexible, compliant operation.
