The Honeywell Commercial VP522A1005 Sequencing Water Valve is a precise 3-Way Mixing, unitary valve designed for HVAC control. Its compact 1/2 inch nominal size and 45-degree SAE flare end connections fit standard fan coils and induction units.

Constructed with a forged brass body, stainless steel stem, and molded-in composition disc, this diaphragm-actuated valve uses a Proportional/Sequencing positioner for accurate flow control. Rated to 250 PSI and operating from 35 to 250°F, it includes a 3 to 11.5 PSI spring for reliable sequencing. The assembly delivers 1.5 Cv flow capacity and occupies a footprint of 5-1/8 in diameter by 9-7/8 in height.
