Watts 40XL-5-3/4 Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve delivers dependable protection for commercial water heaters. This automatic reseating, self-closing valve uses a bronze body and lever actuation for reliable safety in demanding installations.

Designed for 3/4 inch inlet and outlet connections with end connections male threaded x female threaded, it provides a set pressure range of 150 to 210 PSI, a temperature rating of 210°F, and a working pressure rating of 75 to 150 PSI. It is built to meet or exceed industry standards and is ideal for commercial water heater applications.
