Watts FP53L Pressure Relief Valve

Watts FP53L Pressure Relief Valve delivers reliable protection for domestic storage tanks, tankless water heaters, and solar heating systems. This poppet-type lever valve features a bronze body, forged stainless steel spring, and silicone disc for durable performance up to 210°F.

With a 1/2 inch inlet and 1/2 inch outlet and end connections of male thread x female thread, it is designed to fit typical piping layouts. The valve has a set pressure range of 175 PSI and supports a working range of 75–150 PSI to relieve excessive pressure safely.

Applications include domestic storage tanks, tankless water heaters, and solar heating, with standards compliance to ASME HV, CSA, ANSI Z21-22/CSA 4.4, and UL for dependable installation.

Furnished with a manual test lever and engineered to relieve excessive pressure on storage tanks and fire protection grid systems. It is rated for up to 15000 BTU/hour and temperatures up to 210°F. Overall dimensions are 1-7/8 inches wide by 3-1/2 inches high.
