New England Supply House rebuilds the 3-way catalytic muffler for the GM 2.4L / 4.3L forklift engine — send us your core and we’ll rebuild it with a new catalyst, built to meet EPA/CARB emissions standards, for less than a new OEM unit.
How the rebuild works
Core exchange is required — we rebuild your catalytic muffler, so we need your core. The catalytic muffler bolts off at the exhaust flange — unbolt it and ship us the unit.
- Get a quote and place your order. Tell us your forklift’s make, model, engine, and the muffler part number if you have it. We’ll reply with a price and set up your order.
- Get your catalytic muffler to us. Unbolt the catalytic muffler at the exhaust flange, then choose drop-off or shipping — drop-off is by appointment at our Foxboro shop, or ship it to us from anywhere in the country with tracking and insurance. We’ll send instructions with your order. We open the assembly, re-core it with a new 3-way catalyst, and reseal it, built to meet EPA/CARB emissions standards.
