How the rebuild works

Core exchange is required — we rebuild your catalytic muffler, so we need your core. The catalytic muffler bolts off at the exhaust flange — unbolt it and ship us the unit.

  1. Get a quote. Tell us your forklift’s make, model, engine, and the muffler part number if you have it.
  2. Unbolt the catalytic muffler at the exhaust flange and ship it to us (with tracking and insurance).
  3. We rebuild it — we open the assembly, re-core it with a new 3-way catalyst, and reseal it, built to meet EPA/CARB emissions standards.
  4. We ship it back — usually within 3–5 business days of receiving your core.
